In a constantly evolving technological and regulatory landscape, the company felt the need to adopt tools that would facilitate collaboration between teams, improve process efficiency, and at the same time ensure a high level of IT security. The goal was therefore to modernize the internal digital infrastructure by adopting a unified, easy-to-manage, powerful platform capable of supporting an increasingly hybrid and distributed work environment.

To tackle this journey, the company turned to Hoverture, which brought in its technical expertise and experience gained from similar projects. The work was structured in two phases: it began with the migration of email inboxes and company files, originating from various environments, to Google Workspace. In parallel, a tailor-made training program was launched: on one hand, targeted at end users to ensure proper adoption of Google tools, and on the other hand, dedicated to IT administrators, to enable more informed and autonomous management of the cloud infrastructure. The project was carried out gradually but in a structured way, supporting the organization through technological and cultural change.
The Results
Thanks to the adoption of Google Workspace, the company recorded a clear improvement in team communication, especially in an increasingly hybrid working context. The platform simplified and centralized the management of emails and files, making business processes more streamlined and coordinated. Additionally, adopting a solution designed for security compliance and design helped raise data and activity protection levels. Finally, the management of the entire device fleet was unified, contributing to improved IT infrastructure efficiency and control.
